We recommend you always check your size on our size chart and the notes we provide on the products before making a purchase. If for some reason the wrong swimwear size was purchased and doesn't fit, we welcome you to exchange your order. Hoola Collective offers an Exchange Only Policy.
All exchanges must be received by Hoola Collective strictly within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. To begin the exchange process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an approved exchange authorisation.
All exchange parcels must contain:
- A printed and completed exchange form
- Your exchange swimwear which must remain unsoiled, unworn and with tags and linings still intact, and include all original packaging and components.
We recommend that you return your exchange products via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Hoola Collective will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
- Your exchange will be processed and shipped back to you within 1-2 days of us receiving the parcel
- If your exchange is returned to us soiled, damaged, worn, not in the original state that it was sent by us in, it will be returned to the sender and no exchange given
- If your exchange request is out of stock, we will make contact with you as soon as your exchange is received
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Exchanges can't be made on sale or promotional orders
